Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Effective date: October 26, 2026
Where we stand
Jacob Construction Inc. (Astrid Lind by Jacob Construction) does not sell personal information, and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined in California Civil Code 1798.140(ad) and (ah). We have not done so in the preceding twelve months.
We run no advertising pixels, no retargeting tags and no data brokers. The only third-party measurement on this site is Google Analytics 4, configured without Google Signals or Ads linking. You can see the full list in our Cookie Policy.
This page exists anyway, because you should not have to take our word for it and because California gives you the right to direct us regardless.
What you can ask us to do
- Stop analytics. Decline analytics through the cookie banner, or use the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page. Declining stops the Google Analytics script from loading at all and deletes the cookies already set.
- Delete what you already hold. See the Right to Delete in our Privacy Policy.
How to tell us
There is no form to fill in and no account to create. Any of these works:
- Email info@astridlind.com with the words “Do Not Sell or Share” and the phone number or email address you used.
- Call (424) 256-5005 and say the same thing.
- Send a Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser or a browser extension sends GPC, we treat it as a valid opt-out automatically. You do not need to contact us at all, and the cookie banner will not appear.
We will act on your request within 15 business days. We will not ask you to create an account, and we will not treat you differently for asking – no different price, no reduced service.
Authorised agents
You may use an authorised agent to submit a request. We will ask for written permission signed by you, and we may contact you directly to confirm.
If this ever changes
If Astrid Lind ever begins selling or sharing personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA, this page and the Privacy Policy will be updated before that starts, and the opt-out mechanism here will be the way to refuse it.
